Ardjan's Cochins
















I imported the first Ryelands 1996 to Germany. It is a dual purpose breed, producing fine wool and good meat. Lambs can reach a weight of 20 Kilograms in four months. Their character is calm and docile. They breed 1 or 2 lambs. Most Ryelands are white, but there is a special herdbook for coloured ones. The colour can be black, grey, brown and even spotted. At the moment there are nine persons in Germany who have Ryelands.
